MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY

Keep maintenance work structured and equipment history usable.

SyncLogic can develop maintenance workflows that connect schedules, machine runtime or available condition data with technician tasks and service records. This is preventive, usage-based or condition-based support—not a claim of predictive maintenance.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect the maintenance trigger to the completed record

Typical capabilities

  • Preventive maintenance schedules
  • Runtime or usage-based task triggers
  • Digital checklists and photo evidence
  • Condition readings and equipment notes
  • Alerts, escalation and service history

Data and technician input

Tasks may be scheduled by calendar, meter or available machine runtime. Technicians record checks, readings, findings, evidence and completion information that cannot be supplied by the equipment.

Integration

Asset masters, work orders or parts references may come from ERP, CMMS, MES or existing databases. PLC or gateway data can be used when the required runtime or condition values are accessible and reliable.

Deployment considerations

Define asset hierarchy, trigger rules, checklist ownership, escalation responsibilities, mobile connectivity and record retention. Local or hybrid deployment can be used where plant access or IT policy requires it.
