Problem

More than 500 QA forms were managed in Excel across daily, weekly, and monthly quality checks. Updates and revisions required heavy manual coordination, while uncontrolled input created inconsistent records.

Solution

Implemented a digital QA form system with mandatory fields, revision control, audit trail tracking, and image attachment support. Submissions were exported to PDF for storage, and non-conformance notifications were routed to relevant stakeholders.
